1. Agreement and acceptance
eSportzCraazy.in ("eSportzCraazy", "we", "us") is owned and operated by Catalyst Web Trendz Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India with its registered office at D 29, 2nd Floor, Greater Kailash Enclave 2, Greater Kailash, New Delhi – 110048.
By accessing the site, creating an account, registering a roster, entering an event, buying merchandise or joining our community channels, you agree to be bound by these terms, by our Privacy Policy, by our Disclaimer and by the published rulebook of each event you enter. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. It does not require a physical or digital signature. Where an event rulebook conflicts with these terms, the event rulebook governs that event only, and these terms govern everything else.
2. Definitions
- Account — the individual profile you create on eSportzCraazy, identified by your gamer tag.
- Event — any tournament, qualifier, ladder, scrim block, showmatch or league we operate or co-operate.
- Rulebook — the published rules of a specific Event, including format, map pool, schedule, eligibility and prize breakdown.
- Roster — the list of players registered to a team for an Event, including substitutes.
- Admin — a tournament official authorised by us to run, judge and adjudicate an Event.
- Integrity Panel — the internal body that decides competitive-integrity cases and hears appeals.
- Store — the merchandise storefront operated on eSportzCraazy.
- Content — anything you upload, post, stream, submit or transmit through the platform.
3. Eligibility and age requirements
You may create an account if you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the platform only with the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian, obtained as described in section 12 of the Privacy Policy. Your guardian accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the platform.
Some Events are marked 18+ only in the Rulebook — typically LAN finals, events with a cash prize above a stated threshold and events where a publisher's own rules impose an age floor. Minors may not enter those Events, including as a substitute, and a roster that fields an ineligible minor forfeits its results.
You must also meet the title-specific requirements of the Event: minimum rank, region lock, platform, account age, and any restriction imposed by the game publisher. You must not be currently banned by us, by another recognised organiser, or by the game publisher for a competitive-integrity offence. Our staff, Admins, casters, and their immediate families may not enter Events with a cash prize.
You are responsible for ensuring that your participation is lawful where you live, including any state-level restriction described in our Disclaimer.
4. Accounts and gamer tags
Your account details must be accurate and kept current — a wrong email or phone number is the single most common reason a prize payout stalls. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your password confidential. Enable two-factor authentication before entering a prize-bearing Event.
Gamer tags are 3–24 characters using letters, numbers, and the symbols _ . - only. A gamer tag must not impersonate another player, an Admin, a caster, an organisation or a brand; must not contain slurs, sexual content, or references to drugs, betting or real-money gaming; must not consist of another person's name or trademark; and must not be reserved purely to resell. We may reclaim a tag that breaches this rule and require you to choose another.
You may change your gamer tag once every 90 days. Changes are blocked while an Event you are entered in is live, so that brackets, broadcast graphics and results stay coherent.
5. One account per person
One human being, one eSportzCraazy account. Creating or operating a second account — an "alt" — is prohibited, whether to farm ladder points, to re-enter a qualifier you were eliminated from, to evade a ban, to inflate a squad's entries, or to obtain a second allocation of a prize.
Where we detect multiple accounts operated by the same person, we may merge or close the duplicates, void the results obtained through them, withhold associated prizes, and suspend the primary account. Evading an active ban with a new account converts a temporary ban into a permanent one.
If you genuinely need a second account — for example a verified organisation account distinct from your player account — request it in writing from the support desk. Approved secondary accounts are flagged internally and may not be used to compete.
6. Teams, rosters and organisations
A team is registered by a captain, who warrants that they have the authority of every listed player. Each roster must name its starting players and may name up to two substitutes, unless the Rulebook says otherwise. Every player on the roster must hold their own eSportzCraazy account and must accept the Event's rules individually before the first map.
Roster locks apply from 48 hours before the first scheduled match of an Event until the Event ends. Emergency substitutions after the lock require Admin approval and are granted only for illness, a documented travel failure or a verified hardware failure at a LAN venue. A player may represent only one team per title per Event.
Organisation accounts may claim a name, crest and roster. Claiming an organisation name you do not own, or one that infringes another party's trademark, will be reversed on notice. A player who leaves an organisation keeps their own account, gamer tag and individual statistics; the organisation keeps its own results and crest.
7. Entry fees and payment
Open qualifiers are free to enter. Where an Event carries an entry fee, the amount, what it covers and the refund window are stated in the Rulebook before you pay. Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST unless the Rulebook says otherwise. A GST invoice is issued to the paying account.
Entry fees are collected through an RBI-authorised payment gateway. Payment is complete only when the gateway confirms it; a debit shown by your bank without a gateway confirmation is not an entry. Failed or duplicate transactions are refunded to the source instrument within 7 working days of confirmation.
Entry fees are refundable in full if we cancel or postpone the Event by more than 14 days, or if you withdraw before the entry window closes. After the entry window closes, a fee is refundable only where the Rulebook says so, because slots, servers, referees and production have already been committed. An entry fee is a participation fee for a skill-based competition; it is not a stake, a wager or a bet.
8. Prize pools, KYC, PAN and TDS
Prize money is real money and is paid under Indian tax law. Please read this section before you enter.
8.1 The prize breakdown
Every Event publishes its prize pool and the split across placements in the Rulebook. Placement prizes are paid to the registered team's nominated bank account, or, where the Rulebook provides for individual payouts, to each player individually. The captain's nomination is binding on the team; disputes about how a team divides its share are between the players and their organisation, not with us.
8.2 KYC before any payout
Before a cash prize is released, each recipient must submit: legal name as it appears on official records; a copy of their PAN; date-of-birth proof; a bank account or verified UPI handle in the recipient's own name; and a signed prize-receipt declaration. For a recipient under 18, the account must be held by, or jointly with, the verified parent or guardian, and the guardian's PAN is used. Prizes are never paid to a third-party account, a friend's account or a wallet held in another name.
8.3 Tax deducted at source
Winnings from a game or competition are subject to tax deducted at source under the Income-tax Act, 1961. We deduct TDS at the rate in force on the date of payment and remit it to the Government against the recipient's PAN. The prize you receive is therefore the announced amount net of TDS. A TDS certificate (Form 16A) is issued for each deduction and the deduction is reflected in the recipient's Form 26AS.
If a valid PAN is not furnished, TDS is deducted at the higher rate prescribed by law, and we may withhold the payout until the PAN is provided. Where a prize is paid wholly or partly in kind — a gaming rig, a peripheral bundle, a travel package — we will either recover the tax due on the fair market value from the recipient before release, or reduce the cash component to cover it, and the Rulebook will say which. Nothing here is tax advice; recipients remain responsible for their own income-tax filings.
8.4 Payout timeline and holds
Prizes are paid within 21 days of the Event's results being declared final, provided complete KYC has been received. The clock starts when the last document is received, not when the final ends. A payout may be held where an integrity investigation, a protest or an appeal concerning the Event or the recipient is open; where the KYC submitted does not match the competing account; or where a court, tax authority or law-enforcement order requires it. Unclaimed prizes lapse 180 days after results are declared final, after written reminders to the registered email.
9. Tournament rules and admin discretion
Each Event is governed by its Rulebook, published before entries open and versioned when it changes. The Rulebook covers format, seeding, map pool and veto, match times, check-in windows, allowed peripherals and settings, pause and remake rules, no-show and forfeit timers, protest procedure, and the prize split.
Admins have discretion to make live decisions: to restart or remake a match after a server fault, to award a round or a map after a disconnection, to reschedule where a venue or platform fails, to grant or refuse a pause, to substitute a map, and to disqualify a player or a team for a rules breach. Admin decisions on the field of play are final for that match. A decision may be protested only in writing, within the window and to the address stated in the Rulebook, and only on the grounds set out there.
We may cancel, postpone, shorten or restructure an Event where a publisher withdraws permission or changes the game, where a venue, server or broadcast partner fails, where entries fall below the minimum stated in the Rulebook, or for a force majeure event. Where an Event is cancelled before it starts, entry fees are refunded. Where it is cancelled after it starts, prizes are settled on the standings reached, at the Integrity Panel's determination.
10. Competitive integrity
Everything below is a competitive-integrity offence. There is no "minor" version of any of it.
10.1 Cheating and unauthorised software
Using or possessing aimbots, wallhacks, ESP, triggerbots, radar hacks, recoil scripts, macros that automate gameplay input, modified game clients, memory editors, unauthorised emulators where the Rulebook forbids them, DMA or hardware-assisted cheating devices, or any exploit of a game bug that a reasonable player would know is unintended. Deliberately abusing a known bug during a match is cheating even if no external software is involved.
10.2 Smurfing and rank manipulation
Entering an Event on an account that does not reflect your true skill, deliberately de-ranking to qualify for a lower bracket, or entering a rank-restricted or amateur Event as a player who is contracted to or has recently competed for a tier-one roster.
10.3 Account sharing and ringers
Allowing anyone else to play on your account, playing on someone else's account, or fielding a player who is not the registered player behind that gamer tag. This applies even between teammates and even for a single map.
10.4 Match-fixing, collusion and betting
Agreeing or attempting to agree a result, a scoreline, a map score or an in-game event; deliberately underperforming; colluding with an opposing team in a group stage to engineer a bracket; offering, soliciting or accepting a bribe or any benefit to influence a match; sharing confidential team or match information with anyone who could use it to bet; and placing, or asking anyone else to place, a bet on any Event you are involved in. Failure to report an approach to fix a match is itself an offence — report it to the Integrity Panel within 48 hours.
10.5 Platform attacks
DDoS, IP-grabbing, doxxing an opponent, queue sniping, stream sniping, deliberately disconnecting to force a remake, and any attempt to interfere with our servers, the game servers or another player's connection.
10.6 Verification
By entering an Event you agree to reasonable verification: submitting demo or replay files, providing a first-person point-of-view recording where the Rulebook requires it, joining a voice channel with an Admin, and — for online finals only, and only where announced in advance — screen and webcam monitoring for the duration of the match. Refusing a verification step announced in the Rulebook is treated as a forfeit of that match.
11. Conduct, toxicity and communications
Competitive trash talk is part of esports. Abuse is not. The following are prohibited in match chat, voice comms, stream chat, Discord, VOD comments and any communication with Admins, casters, opponents or staff:
- Slurs or harassment based on caste, religion, region, language, gender, sexual orientation, disability or appearance.
- Sexual harassment, unwanted advances, and any sexual content directed at or involving a minor.
- Threats of violence, wishing harm on a person or their family, and encouragement of self-harm.
- Doxxing, sharing another person's private information, and impersonating a player, Admin or staff member.
- Spam, scam links, phishing, account-selling offers, cheat-selling offers, and promotion of betting, real-money gaming or loan apps.
- Griefing, deliberate throwing, and abandoning teammates mid-series without cause.
Admins may mute, remove or disqualify on the spot. Serious conduct offences are referred to the Integrity Panel and may result in a ban independent of any competitive sanction. Behaviour at a physical LAN venue is additionally governed by the venue's own code and by law; we will cooperate with police where an offence is alleged.
12. Penalties and appeals
12.1 The sanctions we apply
Depending on severity, intent and history, the Integrity Panel may issue: a formal warning; a chat or comms mute; loss of a round, a map or a match; disqualification from the Event; forfeiture of prize money and ladder points; removal of a title and correction of the historical record; a competitive ban of a fixed term; a permanent ban from all eSportzCraazy Events; and, in the case of an organisation, suspension of the organisation account and its rosters.
Indicative baselines, which the Panel may vary with reasons recorded: unauthorised software — permanent ban and full forfeiture. Match-fixing or betting on your own match — permanent ban, full forfeiture and referral to the relevant authorities. Account sharing or a ringer — 12-month ban and forfeiture of that Event's prize. Smurfing — 6-month ban. Severe toxicity — 3-month ban, escalating on repetition. Ban evasion — the original ban becomes permanent.
12.2 Due process
Before a ban is imposed you are told the allegation and the category of evidence, and given 72 hours to respond in writing. No competitive ban is issued on an automated detection alone — a human reviewer must confirm it. Provisional suspension pending investigation is possible where prize money or the integrity of a live Event is at risk, and is lifted with the record corrected if the case is not made out.
12.3 Appeals
You may appeal any sanction within 14 days of being notified, by writing to the support desk with the case reference and your grounds. Appeals are heard by a reviewer who was not involved in the original decision, and are decided within 21 days. The appeal outcome is final within our platform; nothing in this clause limits any legal remedy you have. A separate grievance about how the process was handled may be raised with the Grievance Officer under section 25.
13. Streaming and the creator programme
You may stream your own matches, and we encourage it. Co-streaming an official eSportzCraazy broadcast requires the licence stated in the Event's Rulebook, and is subject to a delay of at least 2 minutes where the Rulebook imposes one, so that stream sniping is not possible. You must not remove or obscure sponsor and tournament branding from an official feed, must not monetise an official feed through a paywall, and must not sublicense the feed onward.
Creators accepted into the creator programme receive a channel listing, event codes and, where agreed, a revenue share on merchandise or a fixed fee. Those commercial terms are set out in a separate creator agreement; this section governs everything not covered there. Creator arrangements are independent-contractor arrangements — they do not create employment, partnership or agency.
Creators must disclose sponsorship and paid promotion clearly and in accordance with applicable advertising guidelines, must not promote betting, real-money gaming, or cheat software of any kind, must not run gambling-style giveaways requiring a purchase, and must comply with the conduct rules in section 11 on their own channels while representing an eSportzCraazy Event. We may remove a creator from the programme for a breach, with the fee position settled under the creator agreement.
14. Your content and the licence you grant
You keep ownership of everything you create. Your clips, VODs, highlights, screenshots, team crests, forum posts and comments remain yours.
By posting Content on the platform, or by submitting a clip to a community round-up, or by participating in an Event that we broadcast, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for format and length, publish, broadcast, syndicate and display that Content on eSportzCraazy and on our official social, video and broadcast channels, for the purpose of operating, archiving and promoting the platform and its Events. The licence lasts as long as the Content is on the platform, plus a reasonable archival period for broadcast records and highlight libraries.
You also grant every other user a limited right to view and share your public Content through the platform's own sharing features. We do not sell your Content to third parties, and we credit the creator by gamer tag wherever a clip is re-used.
You warrant that you own or have permission to post the Content, that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights, and that it does not breach section 18. If you believe Content on the platform infringes your rights, write to the Grievance Officer with the details required by the Intermediary Guidelines and we will act within the timelines in section 25.
Removing your Content, or closing your account, ends the licence for future use, but we may retain copies in broadcast archives, in backups until they rotate, and where a law or an open investigation requires it.
15. Store: pricing, order acceptance and shipping
The store is operated by Catalyst Web Trendz Pvt. Ltd. and complies with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Product pages state the total price inclusive of GST, the country of origin, the seller's details, delivery timelines and the grievance contact.
Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where stock has run out, where a price or description was published in error, where the delivery PIN code is not serviceable, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or resale. Where we cancel, you are refunded in full within 7 working days.
Pricing. Prices are in Indian Rupees. Manifest pricing errors — for example a ₹2,499 jersey listed at ₹24 — do not bind us; we will tell you and refund in full rather than ship. Promotional prices apply only for the stated period and cannot be combined unless we say so.
Shipping. Standard dispatch is within 3 working days, with delivery typically in 4–9 working days depending on the PIN code. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please check the parcel at delivery and record an unboxing video for any claim of damage or a missing item.
Products. Apparel is sized to the size chart on the product page; screen colours vary between devices. Limited event drops, signed items and pre-orders may have separate terms stated on the product page, which prevail over this section for that item.
16. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellation. You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched, from Account → Orders or by contacting the support desk. Once dispatched, an order can only be returned.
Returns. Return requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags intact and in their original packaging. Damaged, defective, wrong or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and, where possible, the unboxing video. We arrange a reverse pickup where the PIN code supports it; otherwise we reimburse reasonable return postage against a receipt.
Not returnable. Personalised or custom-printed items (jerseys with your gamer tag or number), innerwear, opened consumables, digital codes once revealed, and event tickets or passes, except where the item is defective or not as described.
Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment instrument within 7 working days of the returned item passing quality check, or immediately where we cancelled the order ourselves. Bank credit typically takes a further 3–5 working days. Shipping charges are refunded where the return is due to our error. Where an exchange is preferred, we ship the replacement once the original is received and checked.
None of this affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
17. Intellectual property and publisher marks
The eSportzCraazy name, logo, HUD design, artwork, broadcast graphics, editorial, rating systems, ladder algorithms, statistics compilations, database structure and site code are owned by Catalyst Web Trendz Pvt. Ltd. or licensed to it, and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may read, link to and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy, scrape, mirror, resell, or use our content to train a commercial model without written permission.
Game titles, trademarks and logos belong to their respective publishers. BGMI, PUBG, Valorant, CS2, Free Fire MAX, Call of Duty, FIFA, DOTA 2, League of Legends, Apex Legends and every other title we cover are the property of their owners. We reference them descriptively, to identify the game being played. Nothing on this site is an assertion of ownership over, sponsorship by, or endorsement from any publisher — see our Disclaimer.
Team crests and organisation names uploaded by users remain the property of those organisations, and are displayed under the licence in section 14.
18. Prohibited conduct
In addition to sections 10 and 11, you must not use the platform to:
- Publish anything unlawful under Indian law, including material that is defamatory, obscene, paedophilic, invasive of privacy, insulting on the basis of religion or caste, or that threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India.
- Publish or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server or network.
- Scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download the site, its brackets, its statistics or its media, or bypass a rate limit or access control.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the platform's code or security features.
- Sell, rent or transfer an account, a gamer tag, a tournament slot or a prize entitlement.
- Promote or facilitate betting, wagering, real-money gaming, cheat software, account boosting or account-selling services.
- Misrepresent your identity, age, rank, region or affiliation.
- Use the platform for any commercial purpose we have not authorised in writing.
19. Third-party links and services
The platform links to and integrates with services we do not control — game clients and publisher accounts, Discord, YouTube, Twitch, payment gateways, courier tracking and sponsor sites. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them is between you and them. We are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing or conduct, and a link is not an endorsement.
Where a publisher or platform changes its rules, API or availability, we may have to change or withdraw a feature or an Event that depends on it. We will give as much notice as we practically can.
20. Disclaimers of warranty
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site, the ladders, the brackets or the streams will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free or free of latency, that statistics and viewer counts are exact at any given moment, that a specific Event will run, that a specific number of entrants will participate, or that a third-party game server will be available. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible; emergency maintenance may not be.
21. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Catalyst Web Trendz Pvt. Ltd. nor its directors, employees, Admins, casters or partners are liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of ranking, loss of sponsorship, loss of streaming revenue, loss of data or reputational loss, arising out of your use of the platform.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of: the amounts you actually paid us in that period (entry fees and store purchases), or ₹10,000.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
22. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Catalyst Web Trendz Pvt. Ltd., its officers, employees, Admins and partners from any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: your breach of these terms or an Event Rulebook; Content you posted; your infringement of a third party's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights; your breach of a competitive-integrity rule; any tax liability arising from a prize paid to you where you supplied incorrect information; and any claim brought by a teammate or organisation about the division of a prize you received.
23. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time from Account → Settings. Closure does not refund an entry fee for an Event already under way, does not cancel a store order already dispatched, and does not extinguish a pending integrity case or an outstanding tax obligation on a prize already paid.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with notice where practicable and immediately where the platform, an Event or another user is at risk, for: breach of these terms, a Rulebook or the conduct rules; a competitive-integrity offence; fraud, chargeback abuse or payment reversal without cause; providing false KYC; ban evasion; or a legal or regulatory requirement.
Sections 14 (licence, to the extent stated), 17, 20, 21, 22 and 24 survive termination.
24. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
Step 1 — talk to us. Raise the issue with the support desk. Most disputes about a match, a payout or an order are resolved here.
Step 2 — grievance. If unresolved, escalate to the Grievance Officer under section 25, who acknowledges within 24 hours and resolves within 15 days.
Step 3 — arbitration. Any dispute not resolved within 30 days of the Grievance Officer's decision shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by Catalyst Web Trendz Pvt. Ltd. with your written concurrence, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration is New Delhi and the language is English. The award is final and binding. Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator directs otherwise. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court at New Delhi, and does not affect a consumer's right to approach a Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
25. Grievance Officer
In accordance with Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and section 13 of the DPDP Act, 2023, the following officer receives complaints about content, conduct, orders, payouts and data.
- Officer: The Grievance Officer, eSportzCraazy — the named individual holding this office must be inserted here before these terms are published.
- Company: Catalyst Web Trendz Pvt. Ltd.
- Address: D 29, 2nd Floor, Greater Kailash Enclave 2, Greater Kailash, New Delhi – 110048
- Email: info@catalystwebtrendz.com
- Phone / WhatsApp: +91-9953590779 · wa.me/919953590779
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST
Every complaint is acknowledged within 24 hours with a ticket reference and resolved within 15 days. Requests to remove intimate or impersonating imagery are actioned within 24 hours. Consumer complaints about a store order are resolved within 30 days as the E-Commerce Rules require.
26. Changes to these terms
We update these terms when the law changes, when we add a feature, or when a Rulebook practice becomes general. The version number and "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflect the current text. Material changes are announced by email to registered accounts and by a site banner at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that date means you accept the revised terms; if you do not, close your account before the effective date.
Changes never apply retrospectively to an Event whose entry window has already closed — that Event runs on the Rulebook and terms in force when it opened.
