Three ways to get an answer today

Contact the desk

Most questions are answered on this page in under a minute. Anything involving money, bans or a locked account goes to a human, and we tell you how long that will take.

What to expect when you contact us

The desk is small and it is real. Nothing on this site is answered by a bot, and nobody is going to tell you to raise a ticket and wait a week. These are the response times we hold ourselves to during Season 9.

Topic 01

Tournaments & registration

Everything about entering a Season 9 event, from an open qualifier on a Saturday evening to a seeded LAN final.

Open the tournament page, pick the event, and submit the roster form with every player's in-game ID, gamertag and phone number. One player must be nominated as the captain — that is the only account we send match keys and lobby passwords to. Registration is confirmed by email and on the HQ Discord within two hours, and the squad then appears on the public slot list for that event.

Open qualifiers are always free. Invitationals and LAN events are seeded from the Season 9 leaderboard, so there is no entry fee there either. The only paid items on the site are merchandise and LAN spectator tickets.

Sixteen for online qualifiers, with a guardian consent form on file. Eighteen for LAN finals and for any event with a cash prize above ₹1,00,000, as required by the venue and our payout partner. We verify age from the ID uploaded at roster verification, not from the profile you type in.

Slots close 48 hours before the first map of an event. After that the roster is locked, but you may swap in a listed substitute up to 30 minutes before your own match by messaging the admin channel. An unlisted player cannot be added once the lock passes, whatever the reason.
Topic 02

Teams & rosters

Squad sizes, verification, transfers and what to do when you turn up on a Saturday without four other people.

Five starters and two substitutes for team titles such as Valorant and CS2; four starters and one substitute for BGMI, PUBG and Free Fire MAX. Coaches and managers are listed separately and do not count against the roster limit, but they must still be named before the lock.

Not in the same title. A player is bound to one org per title per season, and the binding is created the moment they play a single competitive map. Across different titles a player may hold two contracts, provided both orgs confirm it in writing to the desk.

Send the org name, city, year of founding, a point of contact and the registration document to the desk. Verification takes three working days, and a verified org gets its own channel on the HQ Discord, a public team page and the ability to enter invitationals without a qualifier run.

Yes. The LFT boards on HQ Discord run for all ten titles, and every Sunday we host a stand-in draft where solo players get picked into scrim squads for the week. Over a thousand players have gone through the draft this season and eleven of them are on a Season 9 roster today.
Topic 03

Prizes & payouts

When the money lands, what paperwork we need first, and how a pool is split between an org and its players.

Within 21 days of the final, straight to the registered org or player bank account after tax deducted at source. You will get a settlement statement by email the same day the transfer is initiated, and the desk will tell you the exact date at the trophy ceremony rather than making you chase it.

A government photo ID and PAN for every player receiving money, the bank account details in the name of the account holder, and for an organisation the registration certificate. Send them once and they stay on file for the rest of the season.

Yes. Tax is deducted at source at the rate applicable to winnings under Indian law on the date of payout, and the deduction certificate follows within the quarter. The prize figures published on the tournament pages are always the gross pool, before that deduction.

That is a matter for your own contract, and we do not police it — but we do pay it the way you tell us to. At roster verification the captain files a split sheet, and every player on the roster gets a copy of it by email before the event starts. If nobody files a sheet, the entire amount goes to the registered org account.
Topic 04

Streaming & creators

Co-streams, the creator programme, broadcast languages and how creator payouts are calculated.

Co-streams are welcome for every open qualifier and group stage, in any language, with credit to the event in your title. Grand finals and LAN broadcasts are exclusive to the official channels for the first six hours, after which the VOD is free to react to and clip.

Apply from the contact page with your channel link and your average concurrent viewers over the last month. There is no follower minimum. What we look at is whether you actually cover Indian competitive play, and whether your chat is moderated.

Hindi, English and Tamil on every official broadcast, with a Bengali desk added for the Guwahati leg of the Firestorm League. Rhea "RIFT" Malhotra leads the Hindi play-by-play, Ojas Deshpande handles English analysis and Naina Bakshi anchors The Respawn Desk.

Programme creators earn a fixed per-broadcast fee plus a share of merchandise sold through their own code, paid on the same 21-day cycle as prize money. Nothing is paid in exposure, and nothing is paid in product.
Topic 05

Store & orders

Delivery windows, returns, bulk kit for organisations and the payment methods the store accepts.

Three to five working days across India for in-stock items, printed in Tiruppur and dispatched from there. Metro pin codes usually see it in three; the North East and island territories can take a working week. You get a tracking link the moment the parcel is scanned.

Unworn items with tags intact can be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of delivery, and we pay the return shipping on the first exchange of an order. Personalised kit with a gamertag or roster name printed on it can be replaced only if it arrives faulty or misprinted.

Yes, from ten pieces upward, with roster names on the back at no extra cost. Bulk kit takes ten to twelve working days because it is printed to order, so plan it around your LAN date and not around your announcement post.

UPI, all major debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets, in rupees only. Prices shown include GST. We do not offer cash on delivery, because personalised kit cannot be resold if it is refused at the door.
Topic 06

Accounts & security

Changing your details, recovering a lost account, what we do with your data and how to leave.

Write to the desk from the old address with your gamertag and the new address. We change it within one working day and send a confirmation to both. We will not change an email on the basis of a Discord message alone, because that is exactly how account theft starts.

Contact the desk with your gamertag, the approximate date you registered and the name of any event you have played. Recovery takes up to three working days and always ends with a phone call to the number on the account, so keep that number current.

No. Roster data is used to run events, publish results and pay prizes, and nothing else. Sponsors receive aggregate audience numbers, never personal details, and we do not sell contact lists to anyone at any price.

Ask the desk and we will delete your profile, gamertag and contact details within seven working days. Match results and prize records stay in the competitive archive because they are part of the public record of a tournament, but they are unlinked from your personal details.
Topic 07

Anti-cheat & fair play

How matches are policed, how to report a problem, what the sanctions are and how appeals work.

Every LAN stage is played on our machines with anti-cheat logging. Online matches require a demo upload on request. A confirmed violation means a two-season ban for the player and forfeit of the org's placement points for that event.

Use the report form on the contact page or the admin channel on HQ Discord, with the match ID, the round number and the clip. Reports are reviewed by two admins independently, and the person who reported is never named to the person reported.

Slurs, threats, targeted harassment and stream sniping. First offence is a written warning and a one-match ban, second offence is a full event ban, third is removal from the season. Casters and admins are held to exactly the same standard as players.

Yes, once, within fourteen days, by email to the desk with whatever evidence you have. Appeals are heard by an admin who was not involved in the original decision, and the outcome is sent in writing with reasons. Bans upheld on appeal are published on the fair play log without the player's contact details.
Topic 08

Partnerships & press

Sponsorship, white-label events, media accreditation and where to send a correction.

Write to the desk with the title, the season and the audience you are trying to reach. We will send the Season 9 deck with viewership by title, city and language, plus what each package actually delivers on broadcast. Nothing is sold on impressions we cannot evidence.

Yes — campus circuits, mall LANs, brand cups and creator invitationals, run end to end by the same admin team that runs our own events. Lead time is six weeks for an online cup and ten for anything with a stage, a crew and a venue.

Apply at least ten days before the event with your outlet, your published work and the names of everyone attending. Accreditation includes a press desk seat, a power point, wired internet and post-match access to players in the mixed zone.

Mail info@catalystwebtrendz.com or call +91-9953590779 between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday. Corrections are actioned the same working day and stay attached to the story for the life of the article.
